THE PREP
Undercoating is only as good as the surface underneath it. Pressure washing drives water into seams and leaves you waiting days for a truly dry frame. Sand and media blasting leave grit in every crevice. Dry ice sublimates on contact. It lifts the salt film, undercarriage grime and loose scale, then disappears as gas.

WE’RE NOT “JUST COVERING UP RUST”
Rust needs three things to grow: iron, oxygen and water. Combine them and you get an electrochemical reaction, iron + water + oxygen becomes hydrated iron oxide. Salt accelerates it dramatically. Remove any one of those three ingredients and the reaction cannot continue.
What it is: A high-quality corrosion-inhibiting coating creates a continuous film barrier that blocks moisture and oxygen from reaching the base metal, including metal that is already showing surface rust. That’s why properly applied coating stops existing rust on contact instead of hiding it.
What it is not: A coat of paint sprayed over flaking scale. Dry ice removes every loose contaminant first so the film has clean metal to grip.
